For several years I struggled with my health and sense of well-being.
I was restless and tired, unable to get a good night’s sleep, I had general body pain, several digestive issues amongst other complaints. I grew more and more frustrated with Western medicine as it failed to diagnose, treat or heal my ailments.
The solution that was offered was multiple medications with long lists of side-effects that left me far from feeling healthy. Disappointed, I decided to look elsewhere for answers. I learned about the ancient science of Ayurveda.
When I began to incorporate Ayurveda principles into my daily life, I found myself in better control and understanding of my own well-being, health, and mind-body balance. I was finally able to reestablish a better restorative sleep, work on my digestive issues, and alleviate my body pain as well as create more peace within myself. Ayurveda has reconnected me with my energetic body, peaceful mind, and sense of joy.
